The Kempire is an exceptional property in the infancy of its development as a multifaceted farm. This is a highly complex and demanding undertaking, particularly in today's economic and political climate, but Nicholas & Jennifer are an extraordinary breath of fresh air in today's increasingly beige world. It is so rare to meet passassinate, educated, well-travelled, open-minded people who make interesting people feel the need to prove themselves.
The Kempire is an exclusive experience, not a building or an Airbnb. You tailor your experience prior to arrival. You tailor your level of interaction with the hosts. You learn. You participate. You immerse yourself in a real world you were unaware existed with a loving, dynamic couple. You spend the rest of your life sharing your experiences and following the successes of The Kempire that you contributed to.
Nicholas & Jennifer have limited time and wish to give the most important things they have to offer, their time, energy, knowledge, experiences, themselves. Contact them for dates and experiences as they progress through each step of their farm's development process.

The Essentials
Transport
You may drive here, use our helicopter landing site (HLS), be collected from Goulburn train station or from a nearby town.
Accommodation
Currently, on our property, you may stay in a camper, motorhome, tent, caravan our guest room. Offsite, there are many delightful B&Bs, pubs, etc. in the region.
WiFi & Internet
We discourage screen usage but WiFi and WiFi calling are available from near the main residence. Telstra mobile reception can be found at the top of the hill.
Food
Everyone is different so you may either: Eat what we eat, dine out at one of the many local restaurants/eateries or bring your own food, using either a fire, your own or our cooking facilities.
Bathroom facilitites
For campers, we have a dunny and an IBC full of tank water. House guests have their own bathroom and toilet.
Other Services
If there is anything else you require, more often than not, we can make it so.
