Farming may not be what you think it is
I do not have enough time, money or energy to plan my farm poorly. Even though detailed planning is time-consuming, it saves your time, money and energy in the long run. The Kempire is a long-term venture that must succeed to secure our future.
We are in the process of executing a plan that continues to increase its number of systems. They are scheduled, complementary, fit for purpose and serviceable. We account for factors such as climate, soil, demand, legal factors, access, water, drainage and many more.

Which systems are covered?
Access, security, fencing, drainage, soil health, water, irrigation, automation, A.I., fire, pest, weed, plumbing, planning, scheduling, and I.T.
Why didn't your photographs impress me?
These were some of the urgent fixes and some of them may be difficult to ascertain to the untrained eye. Only a few of them are new and most of them are to come.
What if I am interested in systems you have't completed yet?
I can share all of my current information sources, quotes, industry standards, brand informaton, preparation, suitability, and maintenance.
Alternatively, I can let you know when we are likely to commence and complete that system’s installation.
What if I change my mind, want to go deeper or have had enough for the day?
When we say “Tailor your experience”, we mean it. Tdhis is your time and you can modify your experience at any time. Although it takes time to plan and prepare for any additional tasks, we adapt to any change in your desires.
What equipment to I need?
- A laptop or method for me to send you what we discuss.
- I will advise you of clothing suitable for the climate and activities.
- Some guests like to bring some of their own tools or equipement, eg. tools.
- We will discuss any safety equipment requirements.
Can I take videos and photographs?
As screens prevent tasks from being done, disrupt activities/processes, we prefer to keep screen time to a minimum. By taking photographs at the beginning and end of activities, no-one is interrupted and you will have the images to you want to take away.

Pricing
Depending on your accommodation, the length of your stay, our level of involvement, the preparation required for the activities and food options you select, the equipment and materials used, and the purpose of your stay, stays start at $680.
What if I don't want to do anything?
We will always give preferance to those who want to learn, even if it is for a part of the day. We prefer to have lower number of guests more often, building trust and understanding. If an AirBnB is what you are after, we encourage you to use their service instead.
